Terms of Use

1. Who we are

Supply Chain Directory ("the Platform") is operated by Aashita Technosoft Pvt. Ltd.("the Company", "we", "us"), a company incorporated in India. Contact: aashita@aashita.ai.

The Company also operates SCM Insights. A single user account is shared across both platforms; your entitlements on each depend on the plan you hold.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act 1872.
• You must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. Accounts are for a single user; sharing credentials is not permitted.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at aashita@aashita.ai if you believe it has been compromised.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms, without refund.

3. What we license to you

Subject to your plan and these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the directory for your own internal business purposes.

You may

• Search the directory and view records your plan permits.
• Export results your plan permits, for your own business use.
• Contact listed businesses for legitimate business purposes.

You may not

• Resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish, or otherwise make the data available to third parties.
• Systematically extract, scrape, crawl, or bulk-download the directory, or use automated means to circumvent plan limits.
• Use contact details for unsolicited bulk email, SMS or calls in breach of applicable law, including TRAI regulations on unsolicited commercial communication.
• Share your account, or attempt to access the Platform through another person's credentials.
• Reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or its infrastructure.

Breach of this section is a material breach. We may terminate access immediately and without refund, and pursue any remedies available to us in law.

4. Data accuracy — important

Directory records are compiled from published Indian trade filings. Such records change constantly and contain errors at source. The Platform is provided "as is": we do not warrant that any record is complete, current, or accurate, and we do not warrant that the directory covers any particular company, sector, or region.

You are responsible for verifying information before relying on it for any commercial decision. Report inaccuracies to aashita@aashita.ai and we will investigate and correct where appropriate.

5. Listed businesses

A business appearing in the directory may request correction or removal of its record by writing to aashita@aashita.ai. We will action verified requests within a reasonable period.

6. Plans, payments and GST

• Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless stated otherwise.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card details.
• Plans are one-time purchases for the stated validity period and do not auto-renew. We will notify you before introducing any recurring billing.
• We issue GST-compliant tax invoices. Enter your GSTIN in your account profile before purchase to receive a B2B invoice for Input Tax Credit purposes.
• Paid plans are non-refundable; a free trial is provided so you can evaluate the service before purchase. Limited exceptions and the full detail are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
• We may change prices at any time. Changes do not affect a plan you have already paid for during its validity period.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform, its software, design, compilations of trade data, branding and content are the exclusive property of Aashita Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. and are protected under Indian and international law, including the Copyright Act 1957. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of it to you.

8. Availability

We aim to keep the Platform available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend access for maintenance, upgrades, or reasons outside our control. Planned downtime will be notified where practicable.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Aashita Technosoft Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages;
• Loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill or anticipated savings;
• Any commercial decision taken in reliance on directory records;
• Loss or corruption of data, or unavailability of the Platform.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the amount you actually paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aashita Technosoft Pvt. Ltd., its directors, officers, employees and agents against claims, damages, losses and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the Platform, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights — including claims arising from how you use contact details obtained here.

11. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how we handle it under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified by email or an in-product notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act 2000, the Indian Contract Act 1872, the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

Before commencing litigation, the parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute amicably through negotiation within 30 days of written notice.

For any question, complaint or grievance regarding these terms, write to aashita@aashita.ai. We acknowledge grievances within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days.
